GM Connected Vehicle Fleet Enrollment

This one-time process for fleet customers require you to review and accept the (1) User Terms for Connected Vehicle Services and the GM U.S. Connected Services Privacy Statement, and (2) the GM Connected Vehicle Fleet Enrollment.

If you do not complete this process or if you decline the connected services, your vehicles will be deactivated. 

This GM Connected Vehicle Fleet Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) between the customer (the “Fleet Customer”) and General Motors Holdings, LLC and its affiliates (“OnStar”) applies to each vehicle (“Vehicle”) equipped with OnStar connected services that Fleet Customer operates or makes available to other individuals for use.

In the event that Fleet Customer makes Vehicles available to other Vehicle fleet operators, Fleet Customer shall cause each of those fleet operators to comply with Fleet Customer’s obligations set forth in this Agreement.

Fleet Customer acknowledges and agrees that its receipt and use of connected services are subject to the User Terms for Connected Vehicle Services (“User Terms”) and the Privacy Statement, each of which is available on the OnStar.com website. The User Terms and Privacy Statement, together with any modifications and updates to them as may be made from time to time are expressly incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. Fleet Customer represents that it has reviewed and agrees to comply with the User Terms and Privacy Statement.

Fleet Customer shall advise each Vehicle user that the Vehicle is equipped with a connected device and shall notify each Vehicle user that his or her receipt and use of connected services are subject to the User Terms and Privacy Statement.

Fleet Customer acknowledges having read and understood this Agreement (including the User Terms and Privacy Statement) and accepts or declines (as selected by Fleet Customer below) to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Fleet Customer has caused its duly authorized representative to execute this Agreement effective as of the earlier date on which Fleet Customer uses the services or the date on which Fleet Customer executes this Agreement.
